ToolTrack LIMS Add-Ons and Enhancements

CFMS is an optional module that is fully integrated into the ToolTrack user interface and designed to securely store, organize, and manage files generated by LIMS workflows such as test results, instrument data, SOP documents, certificate of analysis reports, and other lab records. With structured folder control, contextual tagging, and virtually no file size limitations, CFMS delivers a unified view of all LIMS-related information regardless of format. CFMS also includes a stand-alone portal for external (or non-ToolTrack) users and a sync service for automated folder monitoring and upload. As CFMS is fully integrated into ToolTrack, it's much more powerful than basic file storage. However, for the simplicity of pricing, the cost is based on the storage tier and all components are bundled together with unlimited users and retrieval bandwidth.

ToolTrack Analytics is an optional module that provides a fully managed business intelligence environment, connected directly to your ToolTrack data. While ToolTrack provides a built-in reporting engine that covers the most common operational KPIs and interactive report formats, the Analytics add-on is designed for users who want to go further — building detailed custom dashboards and visualizations from scratch. No data exports, no ETL pipelines, and no separate database setup required. ToolTrack Analytics is offered as a $500 per month subscription on top of your existing ToolTrack plan with unlimited users (including report writer and reader roles).

ToolTrack Zebra Service (TZS) is an optional module that enables secure, direct label printing from the ToolTrack user interface to local Zebra® label printers. Customers can control which workstations are allowed to initiate printing, and both networked and USB-connected Zebra printers are supported. TZS is offered as a $100 per month subscription on top of your existing ToolTrack plan and includes unlimited printers and label prints.
